Paul was previously MD of Good Relations’ property and planning team and brings over 20 years of experience in property and planning to Quatro.
He has also worked in local government for the London Boroughs of Southwark and Wandsworth. Paul is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute, a London Borough Councillor and a former Labour Parliamentary candidate.

Gary has over 16 years of experience in public relations, seven of them with Good Relations. He has devised and implemented in-depth and high-profile communications and stakeholder consultation programmes for major regeneration, mixed use and residential developments throughout the UK.
Louise is an experienced journalist with over 20 years of PR experience gained in the public, private and voluntary sectors, most recently with Good Relations. Louise has led on a number of high-profile stakeholder communication initiatives and advised on corporate communications for architects and developers. Louise also leads Quatro’s Hotel Team.
Rob is a former Associate Director with Good Relations where he established the Energy Team. Prior to this Rob was Head of the Opposition Office at Kent County Council and has also held several public sector appointments in the NHS and local government, often dealing with contentious issues that hit the national headlines.
Rt. Hon. Lord Wallace of Tankerness QC

Lord Wallace is the former leader of the Scottish Liberal Democrats, Deputy First Minister, Minister for Enterprise and MSP for Orkney, and has recently entered the House of Lords. Over the course of his parliamentary career, Lord Wallace has established relationships with key leaders at UK government level and developed a considerable working knowledge of the workings of the European Union.
Katherine has nine years of experience of public relations in consumer, public and private sectors, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
Prior to joining Quatro, Katherine has most recently been with the London Borough of Southwark's Elephant and Castle development team, coordinating communications and consultation for the £1.5bn regeneration project.
Beate has a PR degree and five years of PR experience, including two in residential property marketing. She previously worked for five years with Marriott International Hotels, in the USA and China. Beate manages Quatro's accounts with luxury hotels including the g (Galway, Ireland), the Rockwell (London) and The Grand Hotel Bellevue (Gstaad, Switzerland). She is a native German speaker fluent in French and basic Mandarin Chinese.
Vivienne joins Quatro's energy team with experience as a local Community Councillor (including a position on the planning committee) and legal training which focused on planning, environmental and European laws. Over the course of her career, Vivienne has established strong links with key leaders and stakeholders at government levels throughout Wales, within Europe, the emerging democracies of Eastern Europe, and at a global level as a Member of the International Association of Business and Parliament.
Abigail is based in our Manchester office and has six years of experience in consultancy and campaigning, ranging from Public Affairs, Opinion Research and Strategic Communications. After working in Westminster for a Government Minister and the US Congress, Abigail has worked in the corporate sector, for a leading children's charity, a Trade Union, interest groups, two leading PR agencies and the BBC. Most recently, she worked on education funding, fox hunting legislation and the Congestion Charging Scheme in London.
Vicki graduated with honours in history from the University of Cambridge. She was elected sabbatical Vice President of the University Students’ Union, where she represented the 18,000-student body on national, local and university committees, and directed welfare campaigns. She is currently working with Paul Dimoldenberg on a wide range of consultation projects across the UK.
Brendan is a graduate in law from the University of Edinburgh. He recently served as a member of the Labour Party's London youth executive, and joins Quatro's Property and Energy Teams with internship experience from Bell Pottinger and the Young Foundation.
Julie is a French national who, as well as English, speaks Spanish and Italian. She has a Master’s Degree in Multilingual Communication and Negotiation & Project Management and a diploma in marketing, advertising, sales management and public relations. She has held a number of project management positions, including two years with a web production company.
Kate joins Quatro from Bournemouth University where she is in her penultimate year of a degree in PR. Kate has completed modules in Media & Society; Communication & Market Research; Political & Economic Analysis and Public Opinion.
Jolene is PA to Paul Dimoldenberg and manages the company accounts and day to day running of the office. Jolene has worked alongside Quatro's directors for the past five years.
