QUATRO LAUNCHES NEW 'RISK ASSESSMENT' SERVICE

Property PR and public affairs specialists Quatro are launching a new Political and Community Risk Assessment service to make background research on suitable sites for development easier for landowners and developers.

Understanding the local context is not always at the forefront of a developer’s mind when considering a new site for development, but the political backdrop can play a huge part in winning or losing planning permission.  Local protesters can cause problems which result in project delays and escalating costs.  The new service from Quatro will help potential site purchasers to identify these issues before committing to a site.

Gary Pleasants, Director at Quatro, said:
“I am delighted to announce the launch of Quatro’s Political and Community Risk Assessment service.  It is more important than ever that developers looking to buy a site for development understand the area’s local context before making a firm commitment to purchase.  Our service will help you make the right investment.”

Quatro is a specialist public affairs and public relations consultancy, supporting some of the UK’s flagship property, development, regeneration and energy projects.  Led by an established team of leading public relations consultants with a thorough understanding of local politics and over 50 years’ combined experience in PR, Quatro provides a wealth of expertise from each of these sectors.
