Paul has been devising and implementing successful public affairs campaigns and stakeholder consultation strategies for over 20 years. As a London Borough Councillor, he has direct experience and knowledge of political issues and their impact on the planning process. Paul is a member of the RTPI and the CIPR.

Rob has over 12 years’ experience dealing with contentious planning issues and advises on a large number of energy projects across the UK, ranging from local authority applications to Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects.  He has held several appointments in the NHS, local government and politics, dealing with issues such as hospital closures and airport expansion. Rob is a member of the CIPR.

Jonathan is an experienced public affairs and stakeholder communications expert and joins Quatro from Tesco, where he worked on the company’s store expansion plans. As a consultant his previous clients include Candy and Candy, Development Securities, Londonewcastle and Land Securities. He is a senior Labour councillor in LB Camden. Jonathan is a member of the CIPR.

Simon is leading on our growing activities in the north of England, from bases in Sheffield, Manchester & Leeds.  He has over 16 years’ experience in strategic comms & public affairs having worked for the civil service in the north, London & overseas. He has strong experience in property & infrastructure, particularly in the energy sector. He has a network across the northern cities and in central Government and has helped clients with public consultations, advocacy, place marketing strategy, bid writing & stakeholder engagement.

John is an experienced political campaign manager, having worked for in Downing Street, senior Labour MPs, and Local Authority Leaders. John has also worked on an impressive series of developments across London including Mount Pleasant, Centre Point, West End Square and City Pride. John has led on successful projects in Brent, Camden, Croydon, Greenwich, Hackney, Islington, Lambeth and Tower Hamlets.

Abdal is a former London Borough of Tower Hamlets councillor and the Labour Group’s lead for housing. He brings extensive contacts from across London’s political and community networks and direct experience of the complexities of Tower Hamlets politics. Abdal is the founder of the British Bangladeshi Power and Inspiration project.

Liam is an expert in political campaigns and communications and joined us from the London Borough of Camden, where he provided professional political counsel to the Leader and Cabinet Members. He has also worked in Parliament and across local government, providing professional political and communications advice and support for Labour MPs and Council Leaders in Manchester, Sheffield and Brighton.

He has worked for some of the biggest companies in the UK including Sainsbury’s, Land Securities, National Grid and TH Real Estate. Tom has twice stood as a Conservative candidate in local elections and continue to campaign for the Party.

Rachael joined Quatro in 2013 and works on a number of energy clients. She has experience building and managing community consultation campaigns, creating stakeholder engagement strategies and maintaining community relations. She has also organised client workshops, created corporate engagement strategies and organised stakeholder public exhibitions. Prior to her time at Quatro, Rachael was a local campaigner for Scottish Labour and has assisted in local and national election campaigns.

Joe is an experienced political campaigner having joined Quatro from the London Borough of Waltham Forest in 2017. There he worked as a Political Officer providing research, communications and political advice to the Leader of the Council, Cabinet Members and councillors. At Quatro Joe has worked on a diverse array of successful projects across London and the East of England including commercial, residential and mixed use developments.

Beth graduated from the London School of Economics with a Masters in Politics and Communication. She joined Quatro from a national events company, where she worked with a wide variety of clients including Selfridges, Broadgate London and Liberty Human Rights. At Quatro, Beth provides valuable day to day PR support for development projects across the country.
