JOHN HOWELL MP OUTLINES CONSERVATIVE PLANNING PROPOSALS
John Howell MP met Quatro colleagues and friends at the House of Commons this morning, for a round table discussion of the Conservatives' plans to give local communities more say in the planning process.
The two fundamental aims of the Conservatives' next green paper will be:
- To reduce bureaucracy in the planning process
- To localise planning and give local communities a greater say in planning proposals
