Quatro has undertaken a snapshot survey of the 33 local authorities in London to compare the processes used when it comes to assessing design quality. Initial results show that practice varies tremendously across the capital, highlighting the importance of understanding the council which has the power to give your planning application the green light or stop it in its tracks.
