We were approached by General Mills to handle their plans to close their remaining production facility in the UK. This was a difficult decision that needed to be managed well with the media.

This ensured that the local MP, Ministers and key stakeholders received information directly from the company rather than via the press.
We successfully limited the expected negative media coverage and effectively explained the company’s ongoing commitments to the UK market.
