Havering College: new campus creation

Quatro was appointed to direct a full public consultation programme for expansion and regeneration across three sites at Havering College. The proposals included the regeneration of the 1960s Ardleigh Green campus, the relocation of the Quarles Campus to the proposed new Harold Hill Learning Village, and the creation of a new campus in Rainham.

In addition to running 3-day exhibitions for each campus, Quatro liaised closely with local groups and politicians including the London Borough of Havering and the Greater London Authority.

The local branch of the Federation of Small Businesses submitted highly supportive letters approving of the plans and Quatro’s Statements of Community Involvement have formed part of the three planning applications.
