Our Brief

Quatro was asked to provide political background and analysis for HIVE's 10-storey student housing scheme in the City of London.

The team also advised on consultation with ward councillors and residents of the adjacent building.


Our Approach

Ward councillors were invited to attend scheme briefings to discuss the proposals.

A series of letters was sent to residents of the adjacent building, giving details of the scheme and informing them of changes as they arose.


Outcomes

City Planning Front Page

Planning permission was secured in November 2008 and the news became the lead story of that month's City Planning magazine.
