Quatro has helped H20, a joint venture company between British Waterways and developers bloc, secure planning consent for a waterside development at Aldermaston Wharf, Berkshire.
The location was particularly sensitive due to its proximity to two listed buildings and the Kennet and Avon Canal. Quatro organised the public consultation with the community and the political engagement with councillors. The scheme was approved unanimously by the West Berks Council’s Planning Committee.
