As part of British Land’s proposals to upgrade Tollgate Retail Park in Colchester to provide a wider range of retailers, Quatro helped British Land to win planning permission for a new Argos store to occupy an existing unit.
The new store is a second store in Colchester for Argos and 40 new full-time and part-time jobs will be created.
Quatro organised a survey of local residents to demonstrate that there was strong local support for the new Argos store. The survey, which demonstrated that over 90% of residents were in support, was submitted to the Council as part of the planning application. Quatro also liaised with local Ward Councillors and Parish Councillors.
