PLANNING SUCCESS IN CROYDON
Last night (3rd September) Croydon Council unanimously approved Londonewcastle’s Quest House development, in the politically sensitive Addiscombe ward.
The residential scheme was designed by TP Bennett and features two sinuous buildings of eleven and fifteen storeys housing 146 new homes which benefit from communal gardens and terraces, as well as private balconies designed as an integral part of the facade, reinforcing the buildings’ dynamic architectural design.
Quatro was engaged to provide pre-planning consultation and public affairs advice for the scheme that involved a change of use from office to residential. The programme included two drop-in events, individual contact with key stakeholders and councillor briefing sessions.
